Terms & Conditions

Payments will come out 1st of each month. Payments are worked out over 12 months pro rata. (The payment doesn't change whether there is 1/2/3/4/5 weeks of classes within the month.) Our OA classes run for 40 weeks minimum of the year. We run a Summer Timetable throughout August so classes will still run they may just be at different times for your child/children.

28 days notice is needed to be given to cancel your place at Ockerby Academy.
